Dear Sir

Me and my wife are renting a flat and is in a process to be evicted for 1 months rental arrears.
We have occupied the property for over 6 years. During this period i have on 2 occasions fell
behind with my rent but then got up to date. They demanded a double payment last month, i
cant afford it and made a offer to repay the outstanding rent over 2 months. They did not accept.

Because i have bad credit i am struggling to rent another flat and we have no alternative accomodation
