Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng
Your landlord evicts you from his farm(ilegally),You take him to Land claims Court and won the case.The judge orders him to build you houses that he destroyed when he evicted you, but he doesn't comply and instead went and apply for 2nd,3rd and 4th time,and he looses everytime and is ordered again to comply with the first oder but still doesn't comply.Now he claimed to have sold the farm to someone and that someone doesn't want us in the farm,so that's the reason he wont build us houses, instead he want us to take R30 000 each and leave whereas he knew that we want houses. What do we do in such cases and can the judge grant him another eviction order even though he did n't comply when asked to?
