Good day,

I took out a loan last year for an ex-boyfriend. He signed an affidavit at the police station agreeing that he is responsible for paying me back every month for the loan.

I received 3-4 payments from him last year, but I have only received one payment this year. He claims to not have the money to pay me back at present. Is it possible to have a court order him to have a debit order on his account?

I am a single mother and cannot afford to be paying off this loan.
