Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Gauteng
I filed for a dirvorce on the 13 August 2015 and give the papers to sherrif to hand over to my husband, and we were still living together. Sherrif couldn't get hold of my husband they make three attempt to deliver the divorce paper with no luck. Now that he move out of the house and I don't know where he his, what must I do?
