Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Western Cape
Is a lease Agreement signed on behalf of a Company (the landlord) binding on the landlord if it was signed by (two) people on behalf of the company who are NOT authorised to do and there was NO resolution attached to the Agreement. The two people concerned are not employees of the landlord but are employees of a related company
