On the 19th of March my wife, children and I were on our way to JHB, just before the road joining to the N1 from the N14 a guy who had been tailgating me forced me off rhe road and on to the verge...i have a batton in my car, i grabed it and pointed it at him twice, I tried taking a photo but he spead away...now yesterday a police officer called my wife to say this peraon has opend a case against me for threatening him with a fire arm...apparently qhile driving at 100kms an hour he could say it was a fire arm...but says i was alone in the car ( my wife and 2 kids ) were with me...I dont own a fire arm to start with. She then said that she is waiting for her comander to give her the goahead to come arrest me...with out me giving a statement...what shoud I do as this accisation is false in every way and I have my wife who is witness to this?
