My name is Prudence Thobela on the 7th of March 2021, it was Sunday I had an argument with my boyfriend and his girlfriend. I ended in a fight because I was diffending myself from both of them. When I came back home yeasterday I discovered that they have opend an assoult case against me. I went to the policestation they did not charge me they said she should go to the hospital and they will charge me after. Now I am panicking. I also wanted to open a case against them.
What should I do? I do not want to go to jail.
