Hi,
i took a loan from bank for R20 000 in 2014 October on behalf of a friend that will amount to R31272.60 after 30 months, me and my friend agried that he will pay instalment every month for 33 months from November 2014. he only paid for 4 Months starting from November2014 to February 2015, after that he stoped paying the instalment then i had to pay for the loan because it is in my name. now i need an advice on how to make him pay for this loan?
