Question posted in the General Law category relating to Mpumalanga
My uncule and his ex wife planned on moving to Australia long storry short she went with the kids he stayed when she was there she got cancer...She died on the second of april My uncule kept paying her child allowence for the two children (R16 000) he was not informed of her death intil the 7th I just want to hear what the chances is that he can get the children back He is very good with the kids and he can support them
