To whom it might concern.

I read that in section 5.5 of the law dealing with sectional title aparments e windows .That the law states the bodycorp are 50% liable for the repair .I enquired about this and the bodycorp are claiming that I am in the wrong and I as the owner are fully held resposible for the repair of the windows.

Am I in the wrong?
And if I an not in the wrong how can I provided information to the body corp that they are 50% responsible and should reimburse me my claim.
