Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi, I me and my girlfriend went to court to get a protection order against her parents (with the help of a lawyer.) After the third hearing we came to a verbal conclusion in front of the judge that both parties will not come in contact with one another. After the court case I approached my lawyer for clarification, He said if her parents break this court agreement I can get a final protection order against them since the protection order will fall away after the agreement. Yesterday they broke the court agreement (which i can prove) but I am unsure of what to to next. Must I go back to court and get the protection order finalized or what must I do now? Thank you in advance
