Good day
My Municipality has instructed debt collector MBD to contact me with payment arrangements of the amount of R24000.00. But I can make such arrangements, the agent who phoned me, I made it clear with him that I do not recognise that debt for the reason that, I have been staying the for there for 6 years now, water running on drops, and sewerage running from the mail hole pushing up to my yard’s toilet hole, yard filled with everything not mention, my house stinking. I have made numerous efforts with Municipality to help, no one appeared had to hire some local gay paid him R50 almost every week.
I requested the MBD agent to send me a breakdown on my estimated debt, but instead they harass me even phones my boss, please help with legal advice.
