Dear Madam/Sir
I have concluded a cash transaction on the 10th May 2014 with a deposit of 10% being paid by the 20th May 2014. The Purchaser requested an exteension to the deposit date until the 30 May 2014, subsequently an addendum was drawn up which was accepted in principle by the Seller, therafter the Purchaser refuse to sign the addendum claiming that the agent is placing enormous pressure and would like to cancel the deal. Unfortunately I have no solid coperation from the appointed Conveyancer with regard to a demand from the Purchaser.To date no correspondence has been sent and the transaction is at standstill.
What recourse do I have to get this transaction to materialise?
