Hi there

Hope all is well

Please note i have being married in ANC and (signed a anc agreement before marriage)am not sure if it is with accruels or without.
How do i go baout finding out ?

My wife and i bought a house 3 years ago which is in the name of both of us. She has paid the deposit and the monthly premiums. As a staff member of the bank i get a certain discount which is a benefit that we are receiving monthly and reduced th bond. I have paid for the trasfer and registraion in cash and each month since the time we moved into the house i have paid the Electricity, Water, refuse, rates and taxes. I also pay for month groceries and medical aid for all 3 of us, wife daughter and myself.

The above is only a few items i pay for.

To sum it up, we are in the process of dicorcing and i would like to know my rights and what i am entitled to

if either we married with accruels or not.
