Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Hello
I have evidence of fraud by the company I work for, but I am only bringing this to light since lately I have been treated unfairly at work and the boss is looking for ways to get rid of me. Will it be extortion if I bring this to his attention in exchange for fair treatment or a payout. And what if I do not make any offers and allow him to make up his mind about what should be given to me when I leave my work place? Will that still hold as extortion?
