GOOD DAY
I would like to give guardianship of my daughter to my friend and her husband,if anything is to happen to me and i am unable to care for her. However am afraid that her farther might then want to take her and the courts might grant him this. we have been seperated since my pregnancy and he has seen her twice since her birth. he does not support her of even visits her. she does not know him or any of his family members. This ihave been told legally he has abandoned her and has given up on his rights as farther. But i am still afraid he might say i have kept him away. how do i go about doing this legally and ensuring he will not be able to take her from them.
