I am self employed..my business account fell in the red of about 4900 due to the covid 19 over the lockkdown from march..std bank collections sent an email regarding the red situation..I sent them an email on the 6th June telling them that I have no income since the lockdown and when the 1st monies are paid by customers the account will adjust..

Monies come in the account on the 18th June and the account was adjusted..I had monies on available in account to start my business running again.

Std bank then locked all the monies and I could not transfer or with draw any monies from account.

I phoned the call centre and was told to go to the branch.

I went to the branch on friday to sort out and I was told it would take 24 hours and the account would be sorted...

I had to pay employees on friday as well as other urgent commitments to pay.

My employees have refused to return to work tomorow been monday untill they have been paid there last weeks salary...

I had to pay a certain transporter in Natal on friday as well to transport goods over the weekend so it could be at a customer am monday morning..

According to STD bank if a account is not used in 3months they lock the account.. .

But there was no income since the lockdown..

Std bank are putting more financial strain on my business..

What can I do on the above situation please?
