Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Ek was werksaam by n maatskappy wat by my n redelike verwagting geskep het vir n permanente aanstelling. Voor en tydens die onderhoud het hul verteenwoordiger my meer as eenmaal bevestig dat die tydelike kontrak net n formaliteit is en dat hul net dit doen om aan wetlike aspekte te voldoen maar dat my aanstelling na die proeftydperk permanent sal wees of vroeer. Nou het hul my tydelike kontrak sonder redes beeindig en ook sonder my bestuurder se wete. My bestuurder het ook aan my bevestig dat hy niks van die beeindiging weet nie en ook nie wat die redes is nie. Kan ek n saak van onbillike ontslag hangig maak.
