I have beeb admitted to a Academic Hospital on Monday for the treatment of Hyperthyroidism.
Ever since Tuesday morning I have been discoveri that the Nursing Staff has not been giving to give me my correct dosages of medicine. The staff at night is so koud and slams doors so that I cannot sleep at Monday and Tuesday nights. Tbe shower and toilet facilities are so filthy.
On Wednesday I heard the matron say the wrong dosage of medicine to the take over staff which gave a scare and I felt extremely unsafe.
On Thursday morning I returned to the hospital and spoke to the dr van Heerden and she said yo me in front of students that I am not thinking right in my mind anymore as a result of the Hyperthyroidism and she is going to keep me in hospital for 10 days and if I refuse she will keep me there by force using the police...
is this legal?
