hi there

my daugter has been working for a financial advicer in cape town for 8 months now. according to her contract she must be paid on the 28th. every month they only pay part of the salary and portions weeks after. now for the past 2 months they still owe her money of previous months salary. they said the company do not have money. she never gets a payslip and they deduct R500 without paying it over to SARS. what can she do. she now do not have money for petrol to get to work
