Hi,

I paid a 50% deposit on my wedding dress to be designed. I never signed the designers contract which state: A 50% is payable on acceptance of cost estimation. This deposit ensures commitment and co-operation from the clients part and is not refundable.

Do I loose my deposit or do I get it back?
