Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Western Cape

Good afternoon, I am Hanlie van Lill, the client who bought a 2nd hand vehichle from Western Car Sales in Kraaifontein (Also referred to in FIn24 article and several others).  The NCC referred the case to the Tribunal as neither the owner or the sales person from this garage want to assist me in either fixing the car or cancelling the deal as requested after the car broke down 5 days after I have bought it.  The ruling was made in my favour and ruled that the garage should refund me in full for the purchace price by the 4th of October 2017 and pay a penalty to the NCC of R100 000.00  I have to contact the sales person (via email) forwarding my banking details for the refund, but was merely informed that the business closed down, which is not true as I have proof that they are proceeding with business.  He (the sales person) informed me that he will forward the message to the owner. I have contacted the owner today, forwarding the legal documents and also a message about the refund (via whatsapp), but he blocked me without any response.  Could you please assist me with the next steps I need to take as I need to claim all extra expenses as well due to the broken car and also direct me to someone who will be able to assist me in some way as I do not have the funds to pay upfront for any legal assistance.  What will happen should the refund not be made by the 4th of October?  How do I ensure getting my monies back as legally ruled by the Tribunal?
