Good day My name is Mohammed . On the 21st October 2017 I was travelling on the N2 just past mtuzini toll at 18:15pm when I noticed someone run across the road , it was dark as I could not see the person . I kept on travelling when after a few minutes a traffic police officer flashed me with blue lights and pulled me over . He verbalized that he flagged me down and I refused to stop . he issued a fine to me for failing to comply after me telling him I didn't see him as it was dark and I'm not going to stop in the dark all alone . can you kindly assist .
