Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I lost my job due to Constructive dismissal in December 2013.

My case went to the Metal Industries Barganing Council.

The Commisioner ruled that i can claim my UIF benifits.

I was then informed by the Labour Department that my UIF CLAIM was rejected due to that you can only claim UIF every 4 years.
