Hi I'm Mr J. I want to find out my wife is abusing me for the last 5 years and she has done everything to me verbally an and physically. She makes her older daughters up against me they must do everything she say even if its in court. We were refer to famsa but she is not interested and keep saying she is gonna divorce me. The interdict was suspended so she atil carry on the same and it is affecting my kids she still abuse and hit me. Can I leave the house and go for a divorce and as I am not working will everything still be splitted up half and half because I can't stay with them anymore because this lady can kill me. We are marries in community of property. Thanx
