I just need an advice on the property I was selling from September 2016. I have signed a OTP with the buyer and on the contract it discloses that the deposit and the transfer fees should be in by the 14th of September.
To cut the story short, it been 5 moths now and nothing has happened and the buyer has not paid all the required fees to the transferring attorneys. Will I be breaching a OTP contract if I cancel?
