This is a labour related question:

Can a labour consultant in your company sent you an email with the following wrt sick leave:

Going to the doctor is not sick leave and doctors appointments have to be made after working hours;
sick leave is when you have a medical condition that makes it impossible for you to work like:
not able to perform your duties;
if you are contagious;
if you are hospitalized;
reoccuring conditions that do not inhibit you from performing your duties is not sick leave, its a doctors visit;
no leave forms for sick leave will be accepted if you went to the doctor

CAN THIS BE FOR REAL?
