Hey can I please be advised on child maintenance and spouse maintenance??? 

Recently my husband decided he has a new girlfriend and wants to start a family with them ....we have been married for 1year 10months although we've been together for 5 years  and we have two daughters... We are married customary. 

My husband owns his own sales and marketing company and I was always a stay at home mom trying to get a job here and there ....last year I eventually found a job and liked it got my own place since we were separated for a year ....we got together because the place accomadates both of us and the kids ...his company eventually got up and running he got a new place for us in town ....he asked me to leave my job and focus on school but that's when things changed and now he kicked me out
