Hi my name is mzwandile can you please help me my grandparents died without a making a will and then my aunt's nomiminate my uncle as someone who must look after the house and now my uncle has also passed on I would like to know what do we need to do now can we nominated another person because now there's only one surviving aunt who is still alive can you kindly help me about the procedure that needto be follow.
