Hi, l have an oustanding RAF claim and l am deeply troubled by the time my lawyers took to file a notice of bar which is almost two years from when RAF entered its appearance to defend. RAF entered appearance to defend on 30 November 2021 and my lawyers informed me that that they just filed a notice of bar on 21 November 2023. When l read RAF case on the internet l see that the notice of bar follows immediately after the appearance to defend and when RAF fails to file a plea. What could possibly have happened here? l am suspecting gross incompetence and negligence on the part of my lawyers. Please help, is this normal, what other processes could possily have delayed them to file that notice of bar? If it is their gross incompetence l intend to sue them and demand that they charge less.
