Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng
When a Landlord and rental agency do not make repairs that was done in rigting by the tenant for month 10 aafter month water leaks electrical problems faulty prepaid meter leaking shower raisin damp faulty stove and lights to mention a few,and the tenant vacates the propperty due to this 4 months early can the Agent witheld the deposit after inspection has been done and propperty is in perfect condition
