Dear Sirs

I and my wife are in the middle of a contested divorce proceedings which she is trying to delay for some reason off her own and we seem to have come to a stalemate

We have some properties in our joint names which I would like to sell as I find myself without funds to live on as I am retired with little income

Is there a way of forcing the sale of the jointly held properties before the divorce is finalizes
