Good day,

We bought a ozone hydrotherapy unit, they told us the price of the unit is 13 000.00 but we will be paying an amount of R 570.00 per month we weren't told the period of the payments. We were under the impression that we would be paying for 24 months, but when the financial company contacted us they told us that it is for 42 months which works out double the price they now don't want us to cancel the contract.

What can we do to have this cancelled as this is not what we wanted?
