Is it legal to charge clients deposit bank charges?

I have been a client to a website hosting company for 7 years paying the company by a use of cash deposits, however since last year I have see some invoices with a cash deposits charge and others with out. They recently sent me an invoice saying i am owing R10 bank charges therefore i am behind with my payment of which i had I queried that I may rather change the payment method, and after agreeing to use the debit order method they suspended my website. 

Am I not entitled to all my bank charged amount they have been charging me with out notice...?
