I have a big issue here, yesterday I went to Nandos with a friend to buy something to eat at around 9 o'clock in the evening, while we were inside the store, a group of boys came in and followed us in the que, after buying our food and waiting for the order, they approached us stole my cellphone, I only realised my my cellphone was missing when I got home and went to the store the following day to view the camera footage, it clearly displayes them taken the phone out of my pocket and stealing it while I was unaware, is there any case I can institute against the store as I strongly suspect the store security guard witnessed the crime but ignored it ?
