Hi, my girlfriends car was stolen and discovered after months but she had already bought the same model of the car. She decided that she does not need the car anymore and offered to sell it to me which I welcomed then because she had financial challenges. I payed her the first installment which was 10k through paying her Westbank car finance account and later deposited another 40k.I used the car for months without having changed ownership thinking we will do it later until we got into a disagreement and she took the car and took it to her parents house. It has been 3 months since she took the car and I want to recover either the car or my money... Do I really have a case? Please advice
