Is it possible to evict a friend i was helping out temporarily. The living situation is unbearable. She is an unlawful occupier living with me as a temp sub tenant which is breaching my contract. She has family in the region and also a 12year old daughter. She deducts a 1000 for electricity as my contribution but when i get home there is 3 to 9units max on the box geyser off and does not pull her weight with regards to the cleaning. The original term was 2000 a month of which 500 comes to me 500 to electricity and a 1000 to food. Within month 1 food stopped so i changed the agreement to 1000.then realizing the electricity situation and how much i actually use i said 500 is more than enough for my consumption yet i still only get 1000.then i realised her or her daughter has hacked into my wifi using it without consent
