Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi i have daughter first born in 2007 while mother was pregnant i asked if the baby was mine then she said no, then six months or so after the baby was born the family of the send the sister and the sister in law to my family to report that i impregnated thier daughter then asked a question to say why now i did ask while she was pregnant that is it my child then she no. they then took that parents of the baby if he doesnt want its ok we as the grandparents while take care of the child so i had to except the child and paid damages, after paying that dages the grandarents said to now that you paid damages you can take your to stay or visit you anytime but my child only visited me 3 times of for times i would buy clothes and sent it but when she came to visit she come totally diffrent clothes nothing that i bought her. so now next year my daughter will be doing matric she called before christmas asking for money to clothes i gave R500 then later see her status dancing in a tarvern hold a savanna i need to my child and protect her because she is not staying with the grandmother she stays with her mom and boyfriend so she can stay with the mother and the boyfriend but they refuse to stay with me. so please advise can i open a case against the family or
