Question value: R 300.00
My sister made a Loan of R150000,00 and only paid R50000,00 thus far. This loan was made in July 2017
She promised she would make full payment when she sold one of her properties. I only received R50000,00 paid in monthly installments as we both agreed. He last payment was in October 2018. Month after month she makes excuses that she is unable to make payment. I have tried to negotiate a lesser installment of R5000 per month over 20 months to settle the R100000,00 still owing. She is now ignoring all my calls and messages and says she will pay it when she can. I am fearful that time will expire for me to be able to proceed legally to get my money back. I need advice as to what to do
I cannot go to small claims court is the amount exceeds R20000,00. How do i proceed
