I was recently given a ticket that i feel is a wrongful one I was following a car it bumped into the other car I had to change the lane n use the left one few meters from the accident i tried to move to my lane the police officer stopped me n gave me R1000. He didn't want to hear my story about the accident or even tried to investigate. There is a court date on the ticket and a fine for admission of guilt friends say i should just pay the fine to avoid court stress, but i don't want that because i did nothing wrong and i was reading somewhere that paying admission of guilt fines as stipulated in section 56 of traffic actcould result in you having a criminal record
