Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Western Cape
I have been discharged from hospital after being stabbed with a butchers knife and almost lost my life.
I had two operations and wont be able to use my arm normally ever again. The owner and her daughter orgistrated this assault and i have evidence that they asked more than 1person to evict us using force and violence.
Myself and my fionce have been discriminated against all this time.i did not sign a lease agreement and never recieved any reciepts since i moed in here.We never got a remote to enter and exit the premisses.
When i got assaulted and stabbed with a knife the owner and her daughter did not do anything to help me..
Never pressed the panic button ,called the police or an ambulance. They even told the other tennant not to help me get to the hospital.i do have witnesses to confirm.
I also have a witness that confirms how the owner and her daughter asked them to remove us from the premisses using violence.
