Question posted in the General Law category relating to Mpumalanga
My mom took care of her mother sister Lizzy Mashele because she never had any children then Lizzy said if she she dies mama must take her house she died at mama s house now Lizzy s nephew claims the house as theirs . My mom mother has all Lizzy s documents even a proof of place of death the only problem she had no written will how do we go about that conflict. She is so frustrated cos no one was there for Lizzy my mom took her to her place n stayed with her until died.
