Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Western Cape

I am a Trustee in a Trust that owns shareholding in a PTY Ltd.  The PTY is owned by two Trusts,  the PTY owns a piece of land, where both Trusts has build houses.  My ex-husband and a Trustee from the other Trust is the Directors. I live on the property.

It has come to my attention that the PTY has been de-registered to annual return non compliance and on this website it says n process of liquidation on Nov 15, 2022.

What steps can I take 1. to ensure that this does not happen?  and 2. to keep the directors accountable for not forfilling their duties?

Thank you
