Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State
Hello. My son was called back at the exit of a shop by the manager on 31 July 2019 and taken to the CCTV room of the shop where he was shown a video on a cell phone from the 3rd of July 2019 where he was looking at an item on the shelf. Part of it was missing. He was then "interrogated" by the manager who made derogatory statements to him and accused him of taking the item.
