Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
I purchased a car to the from a dealership in Durban called, 031 cars. I paid R75000-00 cash.
The does not want to start. The brakes are sreeching. The thermostat is leaking water. The engine has a oil leak and a number of other things are wrong.
I called the dealership this morning and asked to have these issues sorted out. They said to me that they are ot going to do anything to sort out my issues.
I want my money back as i am not happy at all with this car.
What can i do as they have said to me that they cannot refund my money or sort out the vehicle?
