hi

my name is alfa, i have a bit of a problem, there was an add on the net in regards to a room for rent in kempton park.

i went to view the place and fell inlove with it, i paid the deposit to secure hte room to the value of R2500.

the company name is legit as i have researched about it and nowhere on the internet was it flagged as scam.

now on the day where i was to move in, the land lord had some excuse about paper work with the bank.

when i went into the house, there was a security on the gate stating that the house still belongs to the bank.

my lease contract was not sent to me as promised by the land lord.

now i havea found another accomodation and seek my deposit back.

please advise what can i do.
