Good day,
I have 3 minor children that my ex husband has custidy of. He lives in Vanderbijlpark and I live in Durban. He has been refusing contact with them be it telephonic and in person as he feels he has the right to do so. What steps do I take to see and speak to my children?
They have been telling the boys that I do not want to make contact with them and yet they are the ones witholding me from my children.
