Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Is it illegal for somone to refuse to take down a photo of someone else after they have been asked to take it down?
My friend's boyfriend has asked his ex to take down a picture of them together she posted online because it makes my friend and her ex feel uncomfortable. They have asked her to take it down many times and she has refused. My friend says it's affecting her mental health. They want to know if they can take legal action?
