Good day,

I need legal advice please? I received a divorce letter on the 13th September and have to be in court in days. I cannot afford an attorney. What options do I have? In the letter my wife is asking for 50% of my pension and R800 per month for my son and school fees and stationery clothes etc. I have been paying my son's school fees and he is on my medical aid but I have not been allowed to see my son I have seen him to months ago for a short while. I have four other children from my previous marriage their mother sadly passed away when they were still young 5 years ago she had cancer. I am an single parent with a small salary.

Kind Regards
