Hi There

We are staying in a duplex In a complex in Centurion Pretoria.
The neighbours downstairs have a massive garden. We however do not (Only a stoep ontop of the garages.)

From what we can determine the water bill is split 50/50
Surely this can not be the case? Our electricity has a indivual meter for every unit.

Note: As we are renting. we have no contact with the body corporate. Thus do not know if there is a way to contest this with the HOA or Body Corporate. etc.
